Chennai: Bollineni Hillside one of the Largest Residential Townships on OMR Launched
19th March’ 09, Chennai: BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd., a major player in
the construction Industry, today announced the launch of its
prestigious project “Bollineni Hillside”, on OMR. Formerly known as B
Seenaiah & Co Projects Ltd., the company is working towards making
‘Bollineni Hillside’ one of the largest integrated residential township
projects in Chennai. Spread across 92 acres of land, it is located
close to a lush green hill and the Arasankalani Lake. Global Hospitals
is just a stone’s throw away, and right next door is Sathyabama
University. Anna International Airport is around 17 kilometers away.
The well-known firm, CRN Architects, is leaving no stone unturned in
ensuring that Bollineni Hillside will be a testament to global living.
Mr. B. Krishnaiah, Chairman, BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd., said,
“Bollineni hillside will be completed in 2 phases and will have a total
space of approximately 6 million sq. ft. after completion. It will
accommodate 4500 dwelling units suiting the requirements of a vast
spectrum of income groups. Bollineni Hillside will have flats ranging
from 650 sq.ft to 2800 sq.ft including a wide range of independent
houses, row houses and villas.
He further added that the construction of the first phase has already
commenced from June’07. The first phase development is on 50 acres with
more than 1300 units.
The public will have a wide range to select from - 1 BHK to 5 BHK
aesthetically designed flats, independent villas and row houses. Mr.
Manmohan Varma, CEO of BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd., added that Bollineni
Hillside will have 2 schools, spacious club house, gymnasium, sports
facilities, restaurants, swimming pool, parks for recreation,
convenience shopping stores, business and meeting rooms, etc. There
will be power backup facilities, piped gas, broadband, cable TV Network
and RO equivalent water. About 100 engineers and supervisors are
currently working on this project.
The company has set up its own Ready Mix Concrete plant, a cement block
manufacturing plant, cranes, boom pump and other allied machinery to
facilitate speedy construction. BSCPL has invested approximately Rs
150 crores in this project so far. The company has purchased and
registered the land. Substantial work has been completed at the site.
Phase -I will be completed by 2011, while Phase II is expected to be
completed by 2014.
He reiterated that in this mega project, every aspect has been
considered. Lifestyle, convenience, resource conservation and
ecological balance to provide healthy and quality living to its
residents. BSCPL will undertake the maintenance of the townships and
buildings for the first 15 years at a very minimal cost to its
residents. As the name suggests, Bollineni Hillside is surrounded by a
green hill on one side and a lake on the other. He added that every
house and apartment at Bolleneni Hillside will be equipped with
Security Access Cards, and round-the-clock multilevel security will be
provided for the township.
