Mantri Realty to invest Rs 800 crore for real estate development in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, India, March 16, 2007 - Mumbai based real estate development firm Mantri Realty is to develop 12 million sq.ft of space on a 60 acre property near Hitec City in Hyderabad at an investment of Rs.800 crore.
The firm plans to build residential, commercial and retail space. Office space of 6 million sq.ft, retail space of 2 million sq.ft, and residential space of 4 million sq.ft is to be developed.
According to Sunil Mantri, Chairman of Mantri Realty, the company is also looking at other projects in Ranga Reddy district, including 800 apartments at Borampet and 600 apartments near Sainikpuri.
